What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee (referred to as USER) has specific responsibilities regarding garnishment or wage withholding orders for temporary personnel employees. All Team will provide a report of any amounts required in relation to a garnishment or wage withholding. However, the franchisee is responsible for entering these garnishments into the software program before payroll is processed.
Furthermore, the All Team franchisee is responsible for making the required payments to the appropriate authority as mandated by the withholding order. This means that while All Team provides the report, the franchisee must ensure the correct amounts are paid to the correct entities according to the legal requirements of the garnishment or withholding order.
This division of responsibilities places a significant administrative burden on the franchisee, who must stay informed about and compliant with all applicable wage garnishment laws. Failure to properly manage and execute these payments could result in legal and financial repercussions for the franchisee. Therefore, it is crucial for prospective franchisees to understand and prepare for these obligations.
