What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team provides a report of any amounts required in relation to a garnishment or wage withholding on any temporary personnel employee utilized by the franchisee. If the franchisee has chosen to have All Team provide payroll services to their administrative personnel, this also applies to them. However, the franchisee is responsible for entering any such garnishments into the software program before payroll is processed.

Furthermore, the All Team franchisee is responsible for making the required payments to the proper authority as required in the withholding order. This means that while All Team provides the report, the franchisee must ensure the garnishments are correctly entered into the system and that the payments are made to the appropriate entity.

This division of responsibility highlights the importance of the franchisee's role in managing and executing the legal requirements related to wage garnishments and withholdings. The franchisee cannot solely rely on All Team to handle these obligations. The franchisee must take an active role in ensuring compliance.
