What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to have their supervisory personnel sign a Confidentiality and Non-Compete Agreement. This requirement is part of the broader obligation to protect All Team's trade secrets and confidential information.
The FDD specifies that franchisees must ensure all employees maintain the confidentiality of trade secrets and proprietary rights, both during and after the franchise agreement term. Requiring supervisory personnel to sign a formal agreement is a mechanism to enforce this confidentiality. The agreement must be in a form acceptable to All Team.
This requirement ensures that key personnel with access to sensitive information are legally bound to protect it. For a prospective franchisee, this means implementing a process for ensuring these agreements are executed and maintained. Failure to enforce this requirement could be a breach of the franchise agreement and could potentially lead to termination of the agreement.
