What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must continuously and prominently display the All Team Marks in connection with their agency. Franchisees must also refrain from any action that might negatively impact All Team's public image. Furthermore, franchisees are prohibited from displaying any unauthorized business names or services at their office.

All Team retains the right to approve the decoration, organization, and furnishings of the franchisee's office. They can also require franchisees to relocate and redecorate their office to maintain a professional image and align with prudent business practices. This ensures that each All Team agency presents a consistent and professional appearance to the public.

These requirements ensure brand consistency and protect All Team's reputation. By controlling the display of marks and the overall appearance of the agency, All Team aims to maintain a uniform and professional image across all franchise locations. This is a common practice in franchising, as brand recognition and customer perception are critical to success.
