Can an All Team franchisee use the All Team Marks as an Internet domain name?

ng and to otherwise protect and maintain the interests of ATFC in the Marks. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, ATFC will not be required to defend FRANCHISEE against such claim or challenge if said claim or challenge arises out of FRANCHISEE's unauthorized use or misuse of the Marks.
- C. Prohibition on Use of Name. FRANCHISEE will not use any of the Marks or the name "All Team", "Med Team Support Staffing", "Food Team", "All Team Staffing" or "Resources in Food" as part of its corporate name. FRANCHISEE shall, however, identify itself as a franchisee of ATFC. FRANCHISEE shall not incur any obligations or indebtedness except in FRANCHISEE's name. Further, FRANCHISEE shall not use the Marks (or any marks or names confusingly similar thereto) as an Internet domain name or in the content of any website, directory or listing.
- D. Change of Marks. ATFC shall have the right to change the Marks to be used by FRANCHISEE at any time and for any reason it deems appropriate. FRANCHISEE shall pay the costs associated with such change and shall make such necessary changes promptly. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of a change to the Marks, FRANCHISEE will be allowed to continue to use up any supplies with the old Marks for a reasonable time so long as FRANCHISEE's use does not violate any laws, court or administrative orders or rights of third parties to said Marks.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are explicitly prohibited from using All Team's trademarks as part of their internet domain name. The FDD states that franchisees cannot use the Marks or names such as "All Team", "Med Team Support Staffing", "Food Team", "All Team Staffing" or "Resources in Food" as an internet domain name. Furthermore, franchisees are prohibited from using the Marks in the content of any website, directory, or listing.
All Team or its affiliates retain ownership of the Internet addresses (URLs) for the Links, and the franchisee unconditionally disclaims any ownership interest in those or similar Internet addresses. The franchisee is not allowed to register any Internet address name under any Internet domain, class, category, listing, or directory that contains any of the Marks or any abbreviation, acronym, or variation of that word. All Team retains the sole right to advertise on the Internet and create a website using any of the Marks or any variation of the Marks.
All Team retains the right to pre-approve the franchisee's use of linking and framing between the franchisee's web pages and all other websites. The franchisee must dismantle any frames and links between the franchisee's web pages and any other websites within five days of All Team's request. However, the franchisee may be permitted to create a social media account to advertise the agency on the Internet with All Team's prior written consent, subject to the terms and conditions specified by All Team in the Confidential Operations Manual.
