What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may be required to sign new documentation to license new software. All Team has the right to change the software at any time and at their sole discretion. If the software changes, the franchisee may be required to change the licensed software they use, and they will do so at their sole cost and expense.
All Team may modify, enhance, and/or replace all or any part of the software at any time, and the franchisee is responsible for the expense. The franchisee only has the rights to the software specified in the franchise agreement. The franchisee is responsible for the costs of licensing, installation, operation, maintenance, and upgrading the software.
These stipulations mean that franchisees must be prepared for potential costs associated with software changes and upgrades. They should factor in these potential expenses when assessing the overall investment required to operate an All Team franchise. It is also important to note that All Team makes no warranties that the software is error-free or that its use will be uninterrupted.
