What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, prospective franchisees are required to provide honest and complete responses to the Franchisee Disclosure Questionnaire. The purpose of this questionnaire is to determine if any unauthorized statements or promises were made to the franchisee that may be untrue, inaccurate, or misleading.

All Team relies on the franchisee's responses to the questionnaire. By signing the questionnaire, the franchisee represents that they have responded truthfully to all questions. The franchisee also confirms that they have reviewed all questions and answers with any other business owners and representatives who had discussions with All Team or its representatives. The responses from those individuals are also included in the franchisee's representation.

This requirement ensures that All Team has accurate information regarding the franchisee's understanding of the franchise opportunity and any representations made during the sales process. It also protects All Team from potential disputes arising from misunderstandings or unauthorized promises. Franchisees should take the questionnaire seriously and provide truthful and comprehensive answers to avoid future complications.
