Is the All Team franchisee required to inform its employees of wage and hour requirements?

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for informing its employees of wage and hour requirements. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment decisions and functions of the agency, including those related to hiring, firing, training, wage and hour requirements, recordkeeping, supervision, and discipline of employees.

This means that as an All Team franchisee, you will need to stay up-to-date on all applicable federal, state, and local wage and hour laws. You will also need to ensure that your employees are properly trained on these requirements. Failure to comply with wage and hour laws can result in significant penalties, so it is important to take this responsibility seriously.

All Team does not inform franchisees of any federal, state, municipal, or local law, rule, regulation, ordinance code, or tax. It is the franchisee's responsibility to stay up to date on these items.
