labor disputes, about which ATFC is notified within a reasonable period time of such delay. FRANCHISEE shall use its best efforts to cure any such delay and any such delay in completion shall be for a period of days equal to the number of days during which such event actually prevents completion.
B. Use of Marks and System. FRANCHISEE agrees, during the term of this agreement, to operate, advertise and promote the Agency business under the name or names designated by ATFC which currently includes "Resources in Food/RIF", "Food Team", "All Team" "All Team Staffing" and "Med Team Support Staffing" without prefix or suffix and to adopt and use the Marks and Systems licensed hereunder solely in the manner prescribed by ATFC. FRANCHISEE agrees to identify its Agency with a sign in compliance with applicable local ordinances and approved by ATFC.
C. Standards of Operation.
- FRANCHISEE agrees to comply with ATFC's mandatory policies, practices, procedures, regulations and standards, whether set forth in the Confidential Operating Manual or in other materials supplied to FRANCHISEE by ATFC which may be changed or modified from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, local business conditions within the Area may suggest that certain policies and procedures be modified. Any such modifications shall require the written consent of ATFC which may be denied in ATFC's reasonable discretion.
FRANCHISEE agrees to and shall take all steps as are necessary to ensure that its employees treat all customers and candidates fairly and provide services hereunder in an honest, ethical, and nondiscriminatory manner. FRANCHISEE will not withhold any material information from its customers or attempt to sell any service to them that FRANCHISEE believes, in its good faith estimation, is not needed; and will not advertise in a deceptive, misleading, or unethical manner. FRANCHISEE will only make those promises, representations, and guarantees to customers, candidates and others at the Agency authorized in writing by ATFC; preserve good customer relations;

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to identify their agency with a sign. The sign must comply with applicable local ordinances and be approved by All Team.
In addition to the signage requirement, All Team franchisees must operate, advertise, and promote the agency business under names designated by All Team, which include "Resources in Food/RIF", "Food Team", "All Team" "All Team Staffing" and "Med Team Support Staffing". Franchisees must adopt and use the marks and systems licensed by All Team in the manner prescribed by All Team.
Furthermore, franchisees must continuously and prominently display the marks in connection with the agency and avoid any action that might detract from the public image of All Team. Franchisees cannot display any unauthorized business names or services at the office. All Team retains the right to approve the decoration, organization, and furnishings of the agency office and may require franchisees to relocate or redecorate to maintain a professional image consistent with All Team's standards.
All Team franchisees must also conspicuously identify themselves as an independently owned business and as an All Team franchisee in all dealings with the public. This ensures clarity in the relationship between the franchisee and All Team, reinforcing the franchisee's independent status while maintaining brand consistency.
