FRANCHISEE agrees to and shall take all steps as are necessary to ensure that its employees treat all customers and candidates fairly and provide services hereunder in an honest, ethical, and nondiscriminatory manner. FRANCHISEE will not withhold any material information from its customers or attempt to sell any service to them that FRANCHISEE believes, in its good faith estimation, is not needed; and will not advertise in a deceptive, misleading, or unethical manner. FRANCHISEE will only make those promises, representations, and guarantees to customers, candidates and others at the Agency authorized in writing by ATFC; preserve good customer relations; render competent, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service, and meet such minimum standards as ATFC may establish from time to time in the Confidential Operations Manual. FRANCHISEE shall maintain a competent, conscientious, and trained staff. FRANCHISEE shall be solely responsible for all employment decisions and functions of the Agency including, without limitations, those related to hiring, firing, training, wage and hour requirements, recordkeeping, supervision, and discipline of employees, and FRANCHISEE shall inform its employees as to such requirements.

This includes providing services in an honest, ethical, and nondiscriminatory manner. Franchisees are prohibited from withholding material information or selling unnecessary services.
The All Team franchisee must only make promises, representations, and guarantees authorized in writing by All Team. They are expected to maintain good customer relations and provide competent, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service, meeting minimum standards set by All Team in the Confidential Operations Manual.
The franchisee is responsible for all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, training, and wage requirements. They must also inform their employees of these requirements. This ensures that the franchisee's staff is well-trained and compliant with All Team's standards for customer and candidate interactions.
