What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, an All Team franchisee does not have options to acquire additional franchises within their territory. The FDD states explicitly that franchisees are not granted any options, rights of first refusal, or similar rights to acquire additional franchises within their designated area.

All Team franchisees are granted the right to operate their agency within a specific Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), as defined by the U.S. government. While franchisees have the right to select their office site within this area, All Team must approve the location. If a franchisee wishes to change their office location, they must obtain written consent from All Team, which may be withheld at All Team's discretion. These requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as compliance with the Franchise Agreement and territory availability.

All Team retains significant control over territory rights and expansion. Except for National/Regional Accounts, All Team agrees not to operate or license another agency within the franchisee's designated area, provided the franchisee is not in default. However, All Team and its affiliates maintain the right to establish company-owned, affiliate-owned, or franchised outlets outside the franchisee's area. Furthermore, All Team and its affiliates can establish outlets that do not use the All Team system or marks anywhere, including within the franchisee's area. This means that while franchisees are granted a specific territory, they may still face competition from All Team-owned or affiliated businesses, or other channels of distribution.
