What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must operate the Permanent Placement Business within their designated Area. Specifically, the Permanent Placement Business must be run from the same office as the Temporary Service Business.

This requirement ensures operational efficiency and potentially reduces overhead costs, as both services share the same physical location. It also allows for better coordination between the temporary and permanent placement teams, potentially leading to more comprehensive service offerings for clients.

However, franchisees should consider the implications of sharing office space, including potential conflicts, space limitations, and the need for clear operational separation between the two business lines. Franchisees should also ensure that the location is suitable for both types of services and complies with all local regulations and All Team's standards.
