What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, several individuals associated with the franchise must complete the initial training program. The franchisee's principal owner is explicitly required to attend and satisfactorily complete the training program before the agency can open. Additionally, both the recruiter for permanent placement business and the manager of the temporary service business must satisfactorily complete the training program before they can begin their work at the All Team agency. Satisfactory completion of the training program is not a guarantee of the agency's success.
All Team also retains the right to mandate additional or refresher training programs periodically, at designated locations and times. The franchisee is responsible for covering all expenses related to attending these programs, including transportation, lodging, and meals for themselves and their employees. However, if the franchisee is not in default under the agreement, All Team will charge a reasonable fee to train a reasonable number of the franchisee's new employees or their trainers at All Team's corporate offices.
Furthermore, the franchisee is obligated to ensure that all employees who participate in the operation, marketing, or management of the agency, as designated by All Team, attend and complete all training provided by All Team. This encompasses both the initial training and any subsequent training programs. This requirement underscores the importance All Team places on having a well-trained staff that adheres to the franchisor's standards and procedures.
