When must the All Team franchisee and their designated manager(s) attend the Initial Training Program?

We will provide training to you, and manager(s) designated by you as described below. All of the designated training for you and your designated manager(s) is mandatory. You and your designated manager(s) must attend the Initial Training Program promptly after the execution of the Franchise Agreement and must be completed to our satisfaction prior to the opening of your Agency.
The Initial Training Program will take place at our principal office in Tampa, Florida, on an as needed basis, for a period between 1 to 3 weeks depending on your past experience in this type of business. We do not charge for the Initial Training Program but you are responsible for your wages, travel and living expenses and your employee's wages and travel and living expenses.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the Initial Training Program is mandatory for both the franchisee and their designated manager(s). This training must occur promptly after the Franchise Agreement is executed. Furthermore, the training must be completed to All Team's satisfaction before the franchisee can open their agency.
The Initial Training Program takes place at All Team's principal office in Tampa, Florida. The duration of the program ranges from one to three weeks, depending on the franchisee's prior experience in the staffing business. All Team does not charge a fee for the Initial Training Program itself.
However, franchisees are responsible for covering their own wages, travel, and living expenses, as well as those of their employees, during the training period. This represents a significant out-of-pocket cost that prospective franchisees should factor into their initial investment and business plan. The FDD also mentions that All Team may offer refresher training programs or seminars, which franchisees or their managers may be required to attend, with associated fees and travel costs.
