What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must comply with the mandatory requirements outlined in the Confidential Operations Manual. This compliance is considered an essential part of the franchisee's obligations under the Franchise Agreement. The manual contains policies, practices, procedures, regulations, and standards that All Team may modify from time to time. Franchisees are responsible for ensuring that their employees and anyone under their control also adhere to the manual's mandatory provisions.
The Confidential Operations Manual is considered confidential information and remains the property of All Team. Franchisees cannot copy, reproduce, or disseminate the manual without All Team's written consent. All Team can modify the manual, and franchisees must comply with any changes at their own cost, which may involve significant expenditures. All Team agrees to implement changes reasonably and without discrimination among franchisees.
Franchisees must keep their copy of the Confidential Operations Manual current. In case of any dispute about the manual's contents, the master copy maintained by All Team will be controlling. Franchisees must also provide all services as required by All Team in the Confidential Operations Manual or as otherwise directed. They cannot conduct any business or sell products not approved by All Team. All Team also reserves the right to set prices that a franchisee will charge, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Given these stipulations, while the excerpts do not specifically mention an "EFT program", the broader requirement to adhere to the Confidential Operations Manual means that if such a program and its procedures are detailed within the manual, the franchisee is obligated to follow them. A prospective franchisee should confirm with All Team whether an EFT program exists, and if so, what specific procedures are outlined in the manual.
