ces ATFC requires pursuant to the Confidential Operations Manual or as otherwise direct. FRANCHISEE will not conduct any business or sell any products other than those approved by ATFC. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ATFC reserves the right to set prices that a FRANCHISEE will charge.
- F. Payroll Funding and Payroll and Billing Processing. Due to the nature of the Temporary Service Business, FRANCHISEE is required to use ATFC to provide payroll funding and payroll and billing processing. Upon execution of this Agreement, FRANCHISEE will enter into a separate "Funding Agreement" and a "Processing Agreement" with ATFC which will govern the terms and conditions of these services. ATFC reserves the right to discontinue these services in its sole discretion, but in such event, will provide another approved supplier for such services.
- G. Actual Participation/Best Efforts. FRANCHISEE or its principal owner agrees to participate personally in the direct operation of the Agency and devote substantially all of the Agency business time and efforts to the direct operation of the Agency.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to use All Team for payroll funding, payroll processing, and billing processing due to the nature of the temporary service business. Upon signing the Franchise Agreement, the franchisee must also enter into a separate "Funding Agreement" and a "Processing Agreement" with All Team, which will outline the specific terms and conditions for these services.
All Team retains the right to discontinue these services at its discretion. However, if All Team decides to discontinue these services, they are obligated to provide the franchisee with another approved supplier for these services. This ensures that the franchisee has a viable alternative for these essential business functions.
All Team is currently the only approved supplier of payroll and billing processing services, payroll funding, and sublicensing the software to the franchisee. The franchisee's agreement to comply with these requirements is a critical condition for being granted the franchise. If All Team or its affiliates cannot offer these services, All Team may designate another approved supplier with written notice to the franchisee.
