What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees agree not to contest the validity or ownership of various proprietary elements of the All Team system. Specifically, the franchisee cannot directly or indirectly contest or assist in contesting the validity or ownership of the Marks, trade secrets, methods, procedures, and advertising techniques that constitute the All Team Systems.

This agreement extends to refraining from contesting All Team's right to register, use, or license others to use these names, Marks, trade secrets, methods, procedures, and techniques. Furthermore, the franchisee commits to not engaging in any act of infringement, whether during the term of the Franchise Agreement or after its expiration or termination.

This provision is crucial for All Team as it protects the brand's intellectual property and proprietary business methods. For a prospective franchisee, this means they acknowledge the value and legality of All Team's established Systems and agree not to undermine them. Violating this clause could lead to legal repercussions and termination of the franchise agreement.
