FRANCHISEE HAS BEEN ADVISED TO OBTAIN INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE REGARDING THIS FRANCHISE. FRANCHISEE UNDERSTANDS THAT IT MAY SUSTAIN LOSSES AS A RESULT OF THE OPERATION OR THE CLOSING OF THE BUSINESS.
