What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchisee Disclosure Questionnaire includes questions designed to determine if the prospective franchisee understands the risks of operating an All Team franchise. Specifically, the questionnaire asks if the franchisee was given the opportunity to discuss the benefits and risks of operating an All Team franchise with an advisor and whether they understand those risks.
Additionally, the questionnaire asks if the franchisee understands that the success or failure of their franchise depends on their skills, abilities, competition, economic factors, and business factors. The questionnaire also addresses potential impacts from events outside of their control, such as economic, political, or social disruptions like the COVID-19 outbreak, and the understanding that such disruptions may lead to business interruptions, reduced customer demand, and reduced operations.
By signing the questionnaire, the franchisee represents that they have responded truthfully to all questions and have reviewed the questions and answers with any other owners of the business and representatives who had discussions with All Team. This process ensures that the franchisee acknowledges and understands the various risks associated with operating an All Team franchise before entering into the Franchise Agreement.
