What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise receipt includes a questionnaire where the applicant must acknowledge understanding that the business may be impacted by risks outside of their control. These risks include local, national, or global economic, political, or social disruptions, such as the 2020 COVID-19 outbreak.
The questionnaire requires the applicant to confirm whether they understand that such disruptions, along with any preventative, protective, or remedial actions taken by federal, state, and local governments, may lead to business disruption, reduced customer demand, and reduced operations. The applicant must answer "Yes" or "No" to indicate their understanding of these potential impacts.
By signing the questionnaire, the franchise applicant represents that they have responded truthfully to all questions and have reviewed the questions and answers with all other business owners and representatives who have had discussions with All Team. All Team states that they will rely on the applicant's responses to these questions.
