What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement represents the entire agreement between both parties. The agreement supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and representations made between the parties.
Specifically, the All Team franchise agreement, along with other written agreements related to it and expressly referenced within, constitutes the complete understanding between All Team and the franchisee. This means that any previous discussions, promises, or agreements not included in the written franchise agreement are not legally binding.
However, the FDD clarifies that this does not disclaim any representations made by All Team in the Franchise Disclosure Document itself. This ensures that the franchisee can rely on the information provided in the FDD, even if it contradicts earlier negotiations. Any amendments to the agreement must be made in writing and signed by both All Team and the franchisee to be considered binding.
