What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee must acknowledge receipt of the FDD along with the franchise agreement. This acknowledgement confirms that the franchisee received the FDD at least fourteen days before signing the agreement or making any payments to All Team.
This requirement ensures that All Team complies with federal and state franchise laws, which mandate that prospective franchisees have adequate time to review the FDD before committing to the franchise. The 14-day review period allows franchisees to carefully consider the terms of the agreement, seek legal counsel, and conduct due diligence on the All Team franchise opportunity.
Furthermore, if any unilateral modifications are made to the franchise agreement, the franchisee acknowledges that they had at least seven days to review these changes. This additional review period provides franchisees with sufficient time to assess the impact of the modifications on their investment and operations. By signing the acknowledgement, the franchisee confirms they had the opportunity to understand and consider all aspects of the franchise agreement before entering into the All Team franchise system.
