What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a weekly Technology Fee of $100. This fee is due every Wednesday by noon.
The Technology Fee covers costs associated with remote access, licenses, system support, and the use and maintenance of the software required to run the All Team franchise. This fee is intended to ensure franchisees have the necessary technological resources and support to operate effectively.
All Team retains the right to increase the Technology Fee, but can only do so once per year, and must provide written notice to the franchisee beforehand. This clause protects All Team from rising technology costs, but also introduces a degree of financial uncertainty for the franchisee. The fees are typically withheld from the franchisee's gross billings collected by All Team. If those funds are insufficient, All Team can require the franchisee to pay via electronic funds transfer or another designated method. Franchisees are also responsible for all credit card fees associated with payments.
