Provide Initial Training in the operation of your Agency to you and your manager(s). This training is described in detail later in this Item (Franchise Agreement – paragraph VII.A).
We will provide training to you, and manager(s) designated by you as described below. All of the designated training for you and your designated manager(s) is mandatory. You and your designated manager(s) must attend the Initial Training Program promptly after the execution of the Franchise Agreement and must be completed to our satisfaction prior to the opening of your Agency.
The Initial Training Program will take place at our principal office in Tampa, Florida, on an as needed basis, for a period between 1 to 3 weeks depending on your past experience in this type of business. We do not charge for the Initial Training Program but you are responsible for your wages, travel and living expenses and your employee's wages and travel and living expenses.
We, although not obligated to do so, may from time to time require that previously trained and experienced franchisees or their managers, attend and successfully complete Refresher Training Programs or seminars to be conducted at our principal office or such other locations that we will designate. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for the Refresher Training Programs or any such additional training. You must pay the travel and living expenses and wages for you and your employees.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Item 11 provides details regarding the initial training program. The FDD states that All Team will provide initial training in the operation of your agency to you and your managers. This training is mandatory and must be completed to All Team's satisfaction before opening your agency.
The initial training program will be held at All Team's principal office in Tampa, Florida, on an as-needed basis. The training period will last between 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your past experience in the business. All Team does not charge for the initial training program.
However, franchisees are responsible for their own wages, travel, and living expenses, as well as those of their employees. All Team may also require previously trained franchisees or their managers to attend refresher training programs or seminars, for which a reasonable fee may be charged, in addition to travel and living expenses.
