What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Item 9 provides a table listing the principal obligations of the franchisee under the franchise and other agreements. This table is designed to help prospective franchisees find more detailed information about their obligations within the franchise agreement and other items of the FDD.
Other items in the FDD also outline franchisee obligations. For example, Item 15 states that All Team requires the franchisee to participate directly in the operation and management of their agency. The franchisee and a trained, competent employee acting as a full-time manager must supervise the agency at all times. Both the franchisee and their manager must complete All Team's Initial Training Program and maintain the confidentiality of confidential information.
Item 22, which discusses contracts, also specifies franchisee obligations. For instance, the franchisee is responsible for bearing all costs related to licensing, installation, operation, maintenance, and upgrading the software used in the business. Additionally, the franchisee must pay All Team a weekly technology fee. The franchisee also agrees to begin operation of the agency and open its office within four months after the agreement is accepted by All Team.
