Specifically, All Team holds registrations for trademarks and service marks on the Principal Register of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The FDD lists three registered marks: "RIF Resources in Food and design" registered on October 28, 1997, with registration number 2,108,595; "All Team and design" registered on August 14, 2018, with registration number 5,538,993; and "All Team" registered on April 1, 2008, with registration number 3,404,942.
This statement in the FDD provides some assurance to potential franchisees that All Team is actively maintaining its trademarks. Maintaining trademarks is crucial for protecting brand identity and preventing others from using similar names or logos. The FDD also states that there are currently no effective material determinations of the Patent and Trademark Office, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, or any court, and no pending infringement, opposition, or cancellation proceedings, or any pending material litigation involving the Marks.
