What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor must approve the location of the franchisee's agency. While the franchisee is responsible for finding, securing, and evaluating the suitability of their office space, All Team considers several factors when deciding whether to approve a site. These factors include the general location of the site, the lease term, the size of the space, access to public transportation, and the availability of parking.
All Team will either approve or disapprove the proposed location within 30 days of receiving all necessary information about the site. This means a prospective franchisee needs to gather comprehensive details about a potential location and submit them promptly to All Team for review. The franchisee bears the responsibility of negotiating the lease terms, so understanding All Team's site approval criteria is crucial before entering lease negotiations.
It is important for potential franchisees to carefully consider these factors when searching for a location. Selecting a site that meets All Team's criteria can expedite the approval process and ensure the agency is set up for success. Conversely, a location that does not align with these factors may face rejection, potentially delaying the opening of the agency or requiring the franchisee to find an alternative site.
