What expenses can All Team charge for when providing advisory assistance?

ATFC will make available such continuing advisory assistance in the operation of the franchise, rendered in such manner and available from time to time, as ATFC may deem appropriate.
However, if FRANCHISEE requests Advisory Assistance, ATFC reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for such assistance as well as to be compensated for any travel expenses including but not limited to transportation, lodging, meals and other expenses ATFC's employees incur in providing such Advisory Assistance.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team will make continuing advisory assistance available to franchisees in the operation of their franchise. However, if a franchisee requests this advisory assistance, All Team reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for providing the assistance.
In addition to a reasonable fee for the advisory assistance itself, All Team may also charge the franchisee for any travel expenses incurred by All Team's employees while providing the assistance. These travel expenses include, but are not limited to, transportation, lodging, meals, and other related expenses.
This means that franchisees need to factor in potential costs for advisory support beyond the standard fees. While All Team is committed to providing support, franchisees should be aware that requesting additional assistance can lead to extra charges for both the service and any associated travel costs for All Team's personnel.
