What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must provide ATFC with a certificate or other evidence of compliance with the insurance requirements each year. This requirement ensures that franchisees maintain the necessary insurance coverage to protect both their business and All Team from potential liabilities.

All Team franchisees are required to purchase and maintain specific insurance coverages throughout the term of the agreement. These coverages include Workers' Compensation Insurance, General Liability Insurance, Personnel Consultant's Errors and Omission Insurance, Non-owned automobile insurance, Employee Practices Liability insurance, Employee Dishonesty/Blanket Crime Insurance, and a Blanket Fidelity Bond. The specific minimum limits for these policies are detailed in the FDD, such as $1,000,000 per occurrence for General Liability Insurance and $2,000,000 in the general aggregate.

The franchisee bears the cost of these insurance policies and must ensure that all policies are carried with responsible insurance companies in a form reasonably satisfactory to All Team. All Team retains the right to increase the required types and amounts of insurance coverage, providing the franchisee with 30 days' notice to comply and furnish evidence of the new coverage. Failure to maintain the required insurance can result in All Team procuring insurance on the franchisee's behalf, with the franchisee responsible for reimbursement, as well as a penalty of $500 per month and prohibition from operating the agency until the required certificate is received.
