What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee irrevocably appoints All Team Franchise Corporation (ATFC) or ATFC's nominee as their attorney-in-fact. This appointment is coupled with an interest, granting ATFC the power of substitution to execute and file relevant documents on behalf of the franchisee, as contemplated in Section XII.C of the franchise agreement.

All Team has the explicit right to present either the original agreement or a copy of it as written evidence of this appointment. This evidence can be shown to entities such as the telephone company, landlord, or any court, agency, or person, demonstrating that the franchisee has granted ATFC the authority to act as their attorney-in-fact.

This clause ensures that All Team can take necessary actions on behalf of the franchisee in specific situations outlined in the agreement. It is important for a prospective franchisee to understand the scope and limitations of this power of attorney, as it grants All Team significant authority to act on their behalf in certain matters related to the franchise operation.
