Answer from 2025 FDD Document

You are required to work diligently to open for business in a timely manner. We estimate the length of time between execution of the Franchise Agreement and the opening of your Agency to be approximately 2 to 4 months. Factors affecting this length of time include the obtaining of a satisfactory place to conduct your Agency, financing arrangements, local ordinance, licensing, permits and compliance requirements, improvement of the place of your Agency, delivery and installation of equipment, and hiring and training of employees. You must begin operation of the Agency and open the office within 4 months after the Franchise Agreement is signed. Both the Temporary Services Business and the Permanent Placement Business will be operated out of the same office. If you fail to find a site and open the Agency within 4 months of signing the Franchise Agreement, we have the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement and you will forfeit the Initial Franchise Fee.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the estimated time between signing the Franchise Agreement and opening the Agency is approximately 2 to 4 months. However, this timeframe can be affected by several factors. These factors include securing a suitable location for the Agency, arranging financing, complying with local ordinances, licensing, and permit requirements, improving the Agency's location, and hiring and training employees.

All Team requires franchisees to open their Agency within 4 months after signing the Franchise Agreement. This applies to both the Temporary Services Business and the Permanent Placement Business, which will operate from the same office.

If a franchisee fails to secure a site and open the Agency within the stipulated 4-month period, All Team reserves the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement. In such a case, the franchisee will forfeit the Initial Franchise Fee. This condition underscores the importance of diligent preparation and adherence to the timeline to avoid potential financial losses and termination of the franchise agreement.
