What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team will designate an area for the franchisee's agency. All Team must approve the location of the agency, and the franchisee can select the location of their office anywhere within the designated area.
The franchisee is responsible for finding, securing, and evaluating the suitability of their office space, as well as negotiating the lease. All Team will consider factors such as general location, lease term, size, access to public transportation, and parking when approving sites. All Team will either approve or disapprove the location within 30 days of receiving all necessary information.
This means that while All Team grants an exclusive territory, the franchisee has some flexibility in choosing the specific location within that area, subject to All Team's approval. This is a common practice in franchising, allowing franchisees to select a site that meets their needs while ensuring it aligns with the franchisor's overall brand and operational standards.
