What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must comply with All Team's mandatory policies, practices, procedures, regulations, and standards. These standards may be found in the Confidential Operating Manual or other materials supplied by All Team and are subject to change. However, the FDD acknowledges that local business conditions may suggest modifications to certain policies and procedures.

Any modifications to All Team's policies and procedures based on local business conditions require All Team's written consent. All Team has the discretion to deny these modifications.

This means that while All Team acknowledges the potential need for flexibility due to local market conditions, franchisees do not have the autonomy to unilaterally alter the established policies and procedures. Franchisees must seek and obtain written approval from All Team for any proposed changes, and All Team ultimately reserves the right to deny such requests.
