What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, any notice required under the terms of the franchise agreement must be in writing. Acceptable delivery methods include sending the notice by registered or certified mail, or through personal delivery.

The notice should be sent to the franchisee's agency address and to All Team's office, or to any other address designated according to the relevant section of the agreement. This ensures that all parties involved are properly informed of any important communications related to the franchise agreement.

Receipt of the notice is considered to have occurred three days after mailing, or immediately upon personal delivery, whichever happens first. This clause establishes a clear timeline for when a notice is officially received, which can be important for deadlines or other time-sensitive matters related to the franchise agreement.
