What is the deadline for All Team to accept a Franchise Agreement before a refund of the Franchise Fee is triggered?

- INITIAL FEES**
You must pay us an initial Franchise Fee of $42,500.00 ("Franchise Fee"), in a lump sum when you sign the Franchise Agreement. If you already operate an Agency under a Franchise Agreement with us and you wish to purchase an additional franchise and/or open an additional Agency office the Franchise Fee will be $37,500. In the event that we do not accept your Franchise Agreement within 30 days after you submit it to us, we will refund any Franchise Fee you have paid to us. Otherwise, there are no refunds under any circumstances.
When you sign the Franchise Agreement, you will also pay us an initial license fee of $4,500 for the use of the Software (as defined below in Item 11). This fee is not refundable under

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if All Team does not accept a Franchise Agreement within 30 days of its submission, the franchise fee will be refunded to the prospective franchisee. Otherwise, the Franchise Fee is fully earned when paid and non-refundable. The initial franchise fee is $42,500.00. However, if the franchisee already operates an agency under a Franchise Agreement with All Team and wishes to purchase an additional franchise and/or open an additional Agency office, the Franchise Fee will be $37,500.
This means that a potential All Team franchisee is entitled to a full refund of the franchise fee if All Team does not approve the franchise agreement within 30 days of submission. This provides some assurance to the franchisee that their funds will not be held indefinitely if All Team decides not to move forward with the agreement.
