By what day and time must an All Team franchisee pay the weekly Technology Fee?

us ATFC's actual costs, of the prior week by noon each Wednesday pursuant to the terms of the Processing Agreement.
- D. Funding Fee. FRANCHISEE shall pay ATFC the fees due under the Funding Agreement based on the Temporary Employment Gross Billings of the prior week by noon each Wednesday.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to pay a weekly Technology Fee of $100 to All Team Franchise Corporation (ATFC). This fee must be paid by noon each Wednesday. The Technology Fee covers costs associated with remote access, licenses, system support, and the use and maintenance of the software.
All Team has the right to increase the Technology Fee, but can only do so once per year, and must provide written notice to the franchisee. In the event that the franchisee does not have sufficient funds from collections to pay the Technology Fee, All Team has the right to require the franchisee to pay via electronic funds transfer or another method designated by All Team.
If an All Team franchisee fails to submit payment by the due date, the payment will be considered overdue. Interest may be charged on late payments. Franchisees are also responsible for all costs associated with payment programs established by All Team, as well as any credit card fees.
