What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company does not currently have any local or regional advertising cooperatives. However, All Team does have a National Advertising Council (NAC) that reviews and approves long-range marketing plans developed by the company or its franchisees. The NAC can also develop its own long-range marketing plans. Franchisee-elected members must make up at least 50% of the NAC membership.

The NAC makes strategic planning decisions, but All Team retains the sole right to make day-to-day decisions necessary to carry out those plans. The NAC is comprised of four members, including franchisee representatives and a director who is an All Team employee, officer, or director. Franchisee members are elected annually by all franchisees in full compliance with their Franchise Agreement, with one vote per agency.

All Team also reserves the right to reinstate a National Advertising Fund in the future. If reinstated, franchisees would contribute a percentage of their gross billings to the fund, specifically 1% of Temporary Employment Gross Billings and 2% of Permanent Placement Gross Billings. These funds would be used for various advertising and marketing expenses, such as production costs, website maintenance, and media placement. All Team has the right to determine the type of advertising and the media used. The advertising fund will be maintained separately from All Team's other monies.
