What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team will train a reasonable number of new employees or their trainers at its corporate offices, provided the franchisee is not in default under the Franchise Agreement. This training is offered at reasonable times.

However, the franchisee is responsible for covering all costs associated with this additional training, including transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses incurred by both the franchisee and their employees. This means that while the training itself may be provided by All Team without a direct fee, the franchisee must budget for all travel-related costs.

This arrangement is fairly typical in the franchise industry, where franchisors often provide initial and ongoing training but require franchisees to cover their own travel and living expenses. Prospective All Team franchisees should factor these potential training costs into their financial projections, especially if they anticipate a high turnover of employees requiring repeated training.
