What condition allows All Team to cease providing access to the Software?

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team reserves the right to stop providing franchisees with access to the Software if they find another vendor to provide the software. The Software includes "Avionte" software which provides billing, payroll, employee records, customer information and accounts receivable.
All Team requires franchisees to lease specific software under the terms of the Franchise Agreement. Franchisees pay an initial fee of $4,500 to license the Software and a weekly Technology Fee of $100, which covers the continuing license fee, network support, email access, website maintenance, and updates.
This condition means that All Team franchisees are dependent on All Team for access to essential software for their business operations. If All Team switches vendors, franchisees will need to adapt to the new software, which could involve training and potential disruptions. Franchisees should inquire about the likelihood of software vendor changes and the support All Team would provide during such transitions.
