What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team has the discretion to provide franchisees with advertising and promotional materials and reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for these materials. This is outlined in paragraph VI.C of the Franchise Agreement.

This means that as an All Team franchisee, you may have to pay for advertising and promotional materials provided by the franchisor. The FDD does not specify how this fee is determined, but it is stated that it will be a 'reasonable fee'. It is important to note that franchisees are responsible for the expense of placing and maintaining a bold listing for both the Temporary Service Business and the Permanent Placement Business in the classified ads of the yellow pages telephone directory, or other directories as determined by All Team.

Prospective franchisees should inquire about the typical costs associated with these advertising materials and under what circumstances All Team provides them. Understanding these potential costs is crucial for budgeting and financial planning as a franchisee.
