- c. Furnish you, at your request or if we deem it necessary, with additional guidance and assistance. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee. (Franchise Agreement – paragraph VII.D) (See Item 6 above);

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team may charge a reasonable fee for additional guidance and assistance provided to franchisees. Specifically, after the initial opening and training period, All Team may furnish franchisees with further guidance and assistance at the franchisee's request or if All Team deems it necessary. However, All Team reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for this additional support.
In addition to potential fees for extra guidance, All Team may also charge a reasonable fee for refresher training programs or any additional training beyond the initial program. Franchisees are also responsible for covering their own travel and living expenses, as well as wages, associated with any such training.
