In addition to the officer's certification, all reports furnished to All Team must be prepared and certified by a professional accountant or an independent certified public accountant, following generally accepted accounting principles. The franchisee must also certify that the reports are true, complete, and correct in all material respects and fairly present the financial condition and results of the agency's operations for the covered period.

All Team also retains the right to audit the franchisee's records and requires that these records be kept for at least four years following the end of each calendar year.
