What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team reserves the right to stop providing funding and processing services to its franchisees. However, this is conditional. All Team can only cease these services if they find another vendor to take over these responsibilities. This ensures that franchisees will still have access to these essential services, even if All Team no longer directly provides them.

This provision is important for prospective franchisees to consider. While All Team commits to providing funding and processing services initially, this commitment is not indefinite. The risk lies in the potential disruption or changes in service quality if All Team switches to a different vendor. It is crucial for franchisees to understand the terms of the Funding Agreement and Processing Agreement, as these agreements define the scope and conditions of these services.

A prospective franchisee should inquire about the criteria All Team uses to select alternative vendors, the process for transitioning services, and the protections in place to ensure service continuity and quality. Understanding these aspects will help a franchisee assess the potential impact of such a change on their business operations and profitability. It is also advisable to discuss with existing franchisees their experiences with All Team's funding and processing services and any vendor transitions that may have occurred.
