What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team can cease providing access to the Software if they find another vendor to do so. All Team franchisees are required to lease specific software, currently "Avionte" software, for billing, payroll, employee records, customer information, and accounts receivable. Franchisees pay an initial $4,500 fee to license the Software and a weekly Technology Fee of $100, which covers the software license, network support, email access, website maintenance, and updates.
All Team sublicenses the proprietary software to its franchisees but is not obligated to maintain or update the programs unless otherwise stated. All Team retains the right to require different, upgraded, or additional programs, with the franchisee bearing the costs. In addition to the Technology Fee, franchisees may incur $0 to $500 per year for optional or required maintenance, updates, and upgrades to the computer system, payable to third-party vendors.
This arrangement means that while franchisees rely on the software to operate their All Team business, the franchisor can switch providers. Franchisees should confirm the conditions under which All Team can change software vendors, how much advance notice they will receive, and what support All Team will provide to transition to a new system. It is also important to determine who is responsible for data migration and any associated costs to ensure a smooth transition and avoid business disruption.
