What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, in addition to the initial franchise fee, franchisees must pay an initial license fee for the use of the software. The franchise fee is $42,500, but if you already operate an agency under a franchise agreement with All Team and want to purchase an additional franchise or open another agency office, the franchise fee is reduced to $37,500. This fee is generally non-refundable, but it will be refunded if All Team does not accept your Franchise Agreement within 30 days.

In addition to the franchise fee, you must also pay an initial license fee of $4,500 for the use of the software. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. This software includes "Avionte" software which provides billing, payroll, employee records, customer information and accounts receivable.

Therefore, a new All Team franchisee can expect to pay a total of $47,000 in initial fees, comprised of the $42,500 franchise fee and the $4,500 software license fee. This does not include other potential costs such as real estate, build-out, or initial marketing expenses.
