What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must also adhere to the Area Development Agreement (ADA) and the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) itself. In Virginia, the Virginia Retail Franchising Act applies, and in New York, provisions of the New York State Franchise Act are applicable, potentially superseding conflicting terms in the Franchise Agreement or FDD.
Additionally, All Team franchisees must comply with a Funding Agreement and a Processing Agreement if they utilize All Team's financing and billing/payroll processing services. The Centennial Agreement, a funding agreement between Centennial Bank and ATFC, is also incorporated by reference into the Funding Agreement. Franchisees are also required to complete and submit a Franchisee Disclosure Questionnaire.
These additional agreements and legal provisions ensure that both All Team and the franchisee operate within a legally sound framework, protecting the rights and obligations of each party. Franchisees should carefully review all these documents to fully understand their responsibilities and the applicable legal requirements.
