- C. Internet and Social Media. ATFC has established Internet links, www.RIFOOD.com, www.allteamfranchisecorp.com, www.foodteaminc.com, www.resourcesinfood.com, www.allteamstaffing.com and www.medteamstaff.com ("Links"), which ATFC controls. Subject to ATFC's prior written consent, FRANCHISEE may be permitted to create a social media account from which to advertise the Agency on the Internet (such as on LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter). Any such permission shall only be for such time as ATFC permits and must be on the terms and conditions ATFC specifies from time to time in the Confidential Operations Manual, which may restrict the content that FRANCHISEE is permitted to post to such social media outlet. ATFC has the right to cease granting permission to operate any such social media outlet at any time. Except as otherwise provided, FRANCHISEE may not maintain a presence on the Internet for its Agency. Any advertising on the Internet, delivered by facsimile, electronic mail or other electronic means must be pre-approved by ATFC in writing and in advance and on terms specified by ATFC. ATFC may require FRANCHISEE to place all such electronic advertisements with ATFC or its designated third party vendor.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor, ATFC, generally controls internet advertising and website content. The franchisee is significantly restricted in establishing an independent online presence. ATFC maintains control over internet addresses (URLs) and has the sole right to advertise on the internet using All Team's marks.
While franchisees may be permitted to create social media accounts to advertise their agency, this is subject to ATFC's prior written consent and specific terms outlined in the Confidential Operations Manual. ATFC can revoke this permission at any time. Any internet advertising by the franchisee, including that delivered via electronic means, requires pre-approval from ATFC. ATFC also has the option to require franchisees to place electronic advertisements through ATFC or a designated third-party vendor.
The FDD does not explicitly state who bears the cost of maintaining general internet listings. However, given ATFC's control over online advertising and the requirement for franchisee pre-approval, it is likely that ATFC either manages these listings directly or dictates the terms under which franchisees can participate, potentially including bearing some of the costs. A prospective franchisee should clarify with All Team the specific responsibilities and costs associated with maintaining and participating in internet listings.
