What is the basis for calculating the weekly Processing Fee for an All Team franchise?

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a weekly Processing Fee. This fee is based on the Temporary Employment Gross Billings from the prior week, in addition to All Team's actual costs. The payment is due by noon each Wednesday, according to the terms outlined in the Processing Agreement.

This means that a franchisee's Processing Fee will fluctuate depending on their temporary employment revenue. Higher billings will result in a higher Processing Fee. It is important for prospective franchisees to carefully review the Processing Agreement to fully understand how All Team's "actual costs" are determined and what those costs might include.

Franchisees should also be aware that All Team withholds fees from the Temporary Employment Gross Billings collected on the franchisee's behalf. If these collections are insufficient to cover the fees, All Team can require the franchisee to pay the remaining balance via electronic funds transfer or another designated method. Franchisees are also responsible for all credit card fees associated with payments.

Late payments are subject to interest charges, which are the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum legal rate in the jurisdiction where the agency is located. All Team also has the discretion to apply any payments to past due debts. Franchisees are not allowed to withhold payments due to non-performance by All Team.
