What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, ATFC's role regarding garnishments or wage withholdings on temporary personnel employed by the franchisee (referred to as USER) is limited to providing a report of any amounts required. The franchisee is then responsible for entering these garnishments into the software program before payroll processing.
Specifically, All Team franchisees are responsible for making the required payments to the appropriate authority as mandated by the withholding order. This means the franchisee must ensure accurate and timely payments are made to comply with legal requirements related to garnishments and wage withholdings.
If the All Team franchisee chooses to have ATFC provide payroll services to their administrative personnel, the same process applies. ATFC will provide a report of required garnishments or wage withholdings, but the franchisee remains responsible for entering the data into the software and making the necessary payments to the relevant authorities. This division of responsibility places the onus of compliance on the franchisee, while ATFC provides the informational support.
