What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee has the sole right and responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the agency. This includes determining how the agency is run and achieving its business objectives. However, this is subject to All Team Franchise Corp's (ATFC) approval, inspection, and enforcement rights.
Specifically, the franchisee's control extends to employment matters such as hiring, supervising, setting employment conditions, and discharging employees. They are also responsible for daily maintenance, addressing safety concerns, and ensuring compliance with All Team's system standards.
Despite this operational control, All Team retains certain rights, including the right to set prices and require the franchisee to use ATFC for payroll funding and processing services. All Team also maintains control over internet links and social media advertising, requiring prior written consent for any franchisee-created social media accounts or online advertising. These stipulations ensure that while franchisees manage daily operations, All Team maintains brand consistency and operational standards across all franchise locations.
